ALL RENT IS DUE ON THE DAY OF PICK- UP

**There is a week minimum between May 15th  and September 15th **

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL OF THIS INFORMATION ON THIS SHEET SO PRINT IT & READ IT CAREFULLY!!

DEPOSITS & RESERVATIONS:

A $250 deposit  is required up front and is separate from the rent.  The deposit holds your unit and also is considered a “clean-up and damage” deposit. Reservations should be made at least two weeks in advance. We recommend that you reserve your trailer 1 to 2 months in advance for the summer and especially for holidays or NASCAR race weekends. Phone reservations can be made with you use a credit card. Deposits can be made in cash, Visa, MasterCard,  Discover or American Express. You may write a check for the deposit if written two weeks before the rental date. Deposits made on credit cards or checks are run through or charged.   Deposits will be refunded the day of return if returned on time and if the unit is clean, inside and out and has no additional damage. Deposits are returned in the same way they were made.

RENT:  You must pay the full rent plus tax on the day you pick up your rental trailer.  For rental payments we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash and checks.   You must also notify us of your exact rental dates so you will be charged accordingly.  You may not extend or shorten your vacation after you pick up the trailer.  You must extend or shorten your rental dates before you leave and then, only if the trailer is available and corresponds with the allowable rental times.   In the off season, September 15th to May 15th, we have a 3 day minimum.  All holiday weekends are a 4 day minimum, Weekend rate plus 1 extra day.  The Peak Season, May 15th to September 15th has a week minimum but exceptions can sometimes be made if you make your reservation less than 2 weeks before your pick-up day.  "Rocklahoma" week is a 1 week minimum.

SANITATION FEE: Both holding tanks must be dumped and rinsed out and the toilet must be clean or the $100 sanitation fee will be charged to you.

INSURANCE: While being towed, the liability coverage on your vehicle should cover the liability on the trailer, but you should check with your insurance agent to be sure.  We do not carry liability insurance on the trailer. If your insurance does not provide liability coverage, you may purchase it from MBA insurance at www.RVsli.com (Dealer Policy #401701 ) or you can call them at 1-800-622-2201.  We do carry comprehensive and collision insurance with a $1000 deductible that YOU are responsible for.  If anything happens that causes damage to or destroys the trailer, you are responsible for all the liability and any repairs up to the $1000 deductible on the trailer.  You may be able to purchase additional comprehensive and collision insurance from your car insurance company and we highly recommend that you do so.

TIME IN AND OUT: One week is figured on a Friday PM to Friday AM or Monday PM to Monday AM basis. The rental days are thought of as noon to noon. For example: pick up the trailer on Friday afternoon and return it the next Friday before noon. Due to the fact that most trailers are returned at noon by the previous renter, we do schedule rental times until 2:00 PM or after. This gives us time to check the trailer, clean it, and make any necessary repairs. In certain situations and in the off season you may be able to pick up your trailer at an earlier time, but this is unusual.

PICK-UP DAYOn the day you pick up your rental unit, please allow one hour or more.  This time is allotted to instruct you on the operation of your unit.  Also, bring your valid driver's license and insurance verification out of your vehicle; a copy will be made of both.  Finally, you must make an appointment to pick up your rental trailer.  Do not be late for your appointment.  The latest time you may pick up your rental is 4:00 PM.  If you have this appointment time and you are late you will not be allowed to pick up your trailer until the next morning and no discount will be given.

WIRING: The trailers come from the factory with a 7 pin, round plug and this is the plug you need to have.  The charge for wiring vehicles for a 7 pin round plug is between $40 and $80 labor plus parts.  Most of the travel trailers require a Brake Control and the charge for installing a brake control usually ranges between $150 and $350 and is determined by the type of vehicle you have and the type of brake control you want.  If your vehicle already has wiring, but it has been installed incorrectly or needs repairs, the charge for correcting it will be assessed accordingly.   You may also need to buy a heavy-duty flasher.  You must have working tow lights before you leave.

HITCHES & HITCH HEIGHTTo avoid damaging the trailer, the height from the ground to the top of the ball on your tow vehicle must be within an inch of the hitch height listed with each trailer beside the weight You may purchase a hitch from a hitch company  like U-Haul or Dayton's hitch. You must have proper towing equipment (Hitch, ball, wiring, safety chain hook-ups etc.) before you leave.  Also, it is your responsibility to make sure your car is able to pull the trailer you rent.

TIRES: All tires are in good condition on the rental units but occasionally you might have a flat. The units equipped with a spare tire. We will bear the cost of the one tire replacement not to exceed $75. We require the receipt and tire carcass in order for you to receive the refund of the tire purchase. Tires need a daily pressure check (that is each day you travel). This will help to ensure that you have a safe and enjoyable trip.

CANCELLATIONS: We require 1 month (30 days) notice of cancellation in writing in order to refund your deposit less a $50 cancellation fee.  Deposits are refunded in the same way they were made.   NO refund will be given with less than 30 days notice; unless the trailer can be re-rented to another customer and if we can re-rent the trailer we will refund the deposit less the $50 cancellation fee
